Monica Brown has made a name for herself in Tech, carving out her own successful path in Corporate America. After years of mentoring others, Monica decided to put all of the wisdom she’s shared with mentees into one book for the masses. Only One: How to Be a Bad Ass Boss in Corporate America came out May 2020 after dedicating all of March to writing it during a break between jobs. In her book, she unveils the secrets to getting ahead in Corporate America; and recounts personal and professional stories that help the reader gain a deeper perspective on the importance of reading a room, how to resolve conflicts, networking, power of self-awareness, and more.
Monica is currently the Global VP of Product Development at Tucows and Ting Mobile. Previously, she was the VP of Technology Program Management at Pandora. She is a mother of two daughters and lives in Atlanta.
