Sari De shares her deep knowledge of how to build teams that breathe inclusion and diversity. As a leadership coach, she helps women fight burn out, build their legacy at work, get the pay they deserve, learn how to have difficult conversations, and more. 

Sari is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Leadership Coach and Diversity Consultant. She spent 17 years in corporate working at places like Facebook, T-Mobile and Microsoft. She led large teams and built award-winning, nationally accredited diversity programs from the ground up.

Sari started her own consultancy to help every woman get a seat at the table, and for every woman to get paid for being there. She’s an international speaker and a consultant specializing in DEI – Diversity, equity and inclusion. Her main focus is working with women of color. Some of her clients include Google, LinkedIn, Yeti, Lyft, and Instagram.
