Eden Morris is here to school us on food psychology, how to shift our mindset with food, and how to gain mental clarity.
Eden is the founder of Teton Performance Nutrition. She has a BA in Psychology from Texas A & M University and a Master’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
From her personal hardships being a student athlete to working with clients as a Registered Dietitian, she brings incredible wisdom when it comes to not only how to eat, but what we think about food and how we use food as a form of control. It’s time to eat for joy, reduce shame and live a life that includes a healthy relationship with food.
