Back in 1998 Oprah had a gentleman named Gary Zukav on her show. She invited him on soon after reading his book, The Seat of The Soul. That moment, that exchange, changed how she approached her life and career. She has since had Gary on her show over 30 times, and admits that she would not have built her own network if it wasn’t for his teachings. 

In this quick video Oprah and Gary talk about intention… which then leads to the choices that you make, or don’t make in your life.

Fast forward to July 2019, I found myself searching for something outside of myself to solve my problems, something to soothe my consistent, low-grade anxiety. Fortunately, I came across a video of Oprah interviewing Gary. I felt like THAT was what I needed. Whatever he was sharing was what I wanted to embody. I signed up for an annual workshop he and his partner Linda Francis have hosted for over two decades. They have also written over 10 books!

This podcast episodes comes right on the heels of their last workshop I attended from their accelerated program, Authentic Power Immersion. The theme of the 4-day virtual event was Choice. 

I share the choices you have, and how even not making a choice is a choice. How do these choices create negative consequences in your life? What positive consequences do you want more of? Listen in for real life examples and insight I gained from attending Gary and Linda’s workshop.
