Dr. Terri is an Associate Professor of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School where she teaches graduate students the strategies and tactics of negotiating, electronic communication and distraction, virtual teams, and organizational creativity. Her research has been quoted in media outlets like The New York Times, Fortune Magazine, BBC and CNN. She is the recipient of multiple teaching and research awards, including Rutgers University’s most prestigious teaching award. She’s also the co-author of four books, see the list below.
